Indemnification

The customer will indemnify and hold harmless the printer, ThermoCraft, Inc., from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceeding that may be instituted against the printer on the grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person.

Submitted Artwork

ThermoCraft, Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others. ThermoCraft, Inc. claims no ownership rights to any provided artwork in any of your printed materials and will not share your materials unless instructed by you in writing or otherwise required by law. Please note that when you email an item (such as your logo or business card design) to a friend, you allow the recipients to view the shared item.
